Bruce’s plumbing was recommended to me by a fellow mom in my mother’s club.
Backstory: I have a 4 week old infant who had a blowout of her diaper at 1am on a Saturday morning. Gave her a bath, and broke off the knob to our bathtub when trying to turn the water off. Water was stuck on and I’m frantically calling for my husband to help. We ended up having to turn the water off to our whole house because we couldn’t turn the valve off to the tub.
I have 3 kids, myself and my husband living here. Having to water all weekend is not an option. So I turn to my friends for recommendations. Bruce was the first one recommended.
I called him at about 8am Saturday morning. His receptionist took the call and let me know I could expect a call back from the tech shortly.
Bruce called me within 15 minutes of my initial call and had his son and another worker out to my house within half an hour if that call. It’s now about 10:30am and they are completely done the job, cleaned up, and out of my house.
It wasn’t an easy fix due to metal that broke off inside the wall. They could have easily charged me to replace the entire unit but instead they worked a little magic, got the broken piece out somehow, and were able to replace it keeping my cost low and saving me time.
Bruce’s son and his friend were two of the sweetest guys I’ve ever met. They didn’t get annoyed by my kids questions, intelligently answered all of my questions, and overall did a great job.
